Mr. Kirschberg received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, cum laude, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law where he was named to the Order of the Barristers, John A. Campbell Moot Court Board, and won the Southeast Division of the Saul Lefkowitz National Moot Court Competition in unfair competition and copyright law. After graduating in 2002, Mr. Kirschberg joined a large civil defense firm in Birmingham, AL, where he focused his practice on products and professional liability defense, with an emphasis on appellate advocacy. In 2010, he moved to Los Angeles, CA, and joined one of Southern California’s premier judgment enforcement firms where, in addition to the enforcement of high-dollar family law and civil money judgments, Mr. Kirschberg assisted the firm’s managing partner in drafting various California and national treatises related to post-judgment creditors' rights. Since joining Gadow | Tyler in 2016, Mr. Kirschberg has focused his practice on litigating consumer protection, commercial litigation, securities fraud and professional/medical negligence matters.
