John Gadow named Vice-Chancellor to Episcopal Diocese of Mississippi.

During the 2017 celebration of the 190th Annual Council of the Diocese of Mississippi, Bishop Brian Seage appointed John Gadow as his Vice-Chancellor.
According to tradition and custom, in the Episcopal Church, the role of a Vice-Chancellor is a confirmed Lay Communicant of the Diocese who is learned in matters of the law who will assist the Chancellor (also learned in the law). The Chancellor and Vice Chancellor become the advisors of the Diocese in all legal matters affecting the administration of the same. On request of the Bishop, or of any other Cleric, he/she shall give his/her legal opinion in writing.
